How are Nagel Art & Co Canvas Prints Made?
Nagel Art & Co. canvas prints are made starting with an
original photograph. All of our photography is altered digitally. It is then sized and printed directly onto large canvas rolls. Once
printed, it is cut to size, stretched around a wooden stretcher bar
frame, and stapled to the back of the wood.
Nagel Art & Co. prints do not require or come with framing wire, as
they are easier to both level and hang without wire. To hang, simply
balance the top most stretcher bar centrally over a nail or two nails.
Please note that Nagel Art & Co. canvas prints come with a small part
of the image wrapped around the sides of the wooden stretcher bars
(please refer to Image A). This provided for a much more finished
looking piece of artwork. It does, however, require a subtle cropping
around the perimeter of the image.

Our goal is to provide all of our customers with original artwork that is simultaneously more affordable and more attainable than artwork produced in other artistic media!

Return Policy
Attention Customers: Please note before completing your final
purchases that, due to the custom nature of our products, we only offer merchandise credit for returns. In order to return an item, you must send it back to Nagel Art within 30 days of your product's shipment date.
Our products are made by demand, meaning that we do not stock
inventory before it is purchased. We specifically print our artwork
based on the orders we receive. When a customer orders from our
website, the particular artwork that the client has chosen is made
specifically to their image, product, and size specifications.
In order to continue providing custom products for our clients, we
cannot accept cash returns. Additionally, we only offer one-time merchandise exchanges, meaning that if you return your artwork and exchange if for another item, we will not grant an additional exchange. Please note that we cannot reimburse shipping costs for returns.

How do I redeem my promotional code?
If you have received a promotional code good for a discount on a Shop Online purchase, you may redeem this code by securely checking out using the Google Checkout option. After signing in to your Google Checkout account, please enter the promotional code in the the 'Use coupon' box on the 'Order Details' page. If your promotional code is valid, your discount should be immediately reflected in the order total. Only one promotional code may be redeemed per order.

Care Instructions for Canvas Prints
1) Canvas prints are not water resistant. Please avoid exposure to water.
2) Canvas print surfaces are delicate. Please avoid sharp objects
touching the surface.
3) Like all other pigmented and printed goods, it is not advisable to
hang artwork in areas of excessive sunlight as fading can occur over time. 4) Be sure to protect artwork with protective packaging when
transporting.

Shipping Information
Please allow 10 to 14 business days for the production of your product
before it is shipped.
We will email you with tracking details as soon as your item has shipped.
Shipping prices (charged per item) are as follows:
Canvas Prints
Small (perimeter 72 inches or less), $10 is added for shipping, packaging, and
tracking
Medium (perimeter 73 to 110 inches), $15 is added for shipping, packaging, and
tracking
Large (perimeter 111 to 144 inches), $25 is added for shipping, packaging, and
tracking
Over-sized (perimeter over 144 inches), $35 is added for shipping, packaging, and
tracking
